KYIV, Aug 23 - Bright news shines as Britain steps up to extend a helping hand with a substantial 192 million-pound ($245 million) export finance package destined for Ukraine. This positive announcement was made by none other than the esteemed British energy minister, Grant Shapps, as he graced Kyiv with his presence.

Ukraine's energy landscape faced significant challenges due to a series of unfortunate events, including Russian air strikes that left their mark last winter. Regrettably, the fourth plant, nestled in the southern region of Zaporizhzhia, faced capture by Russia back in March, stemming from the invasion in February 2022.
